Western cars had a taxi with us within minutes of me booking, the driver was good, took us straight to our destination, he drove well, car was clean and comfortable, recommended firm
Great service, taxi arrived slightly early. Friendly and accommodating driver. Very safe and arrived early at Birmingham. Highly recommended.
Pick up is poor. Driver waited more than 10 minutes and only when I called was I told that he was there. Then, when I went to find him, car had no markings so no way to tell it was a taxi! His English was poor so couldn't hardly understand him when he was speaking.
Shockingly bad service. Booked a car in advance for an important hospital appointment the following morning. Car didn't turn up. No warning whatsoever. Phoned to see what was happening and a recorded message said they didn't have a car and didn't know when they would have one to send. Not the first time this has happened to me and apparently this happens constantly in the mornings due to drivers disappearing off on their school runs. SO, what's the point in taking a booking, knowing full well that you probably won't have a car available anyway. Luckily I was able to get another firm just in time to avoid missing appointment. Will never use again.
I pre booked a taxi and pre paid for it as we had to go to a different town. A driver wasn't allocated so I had to get one from a different company. I was waiting an hour and they wouldn't refund the money. Awful.
Very good, driver phoned to ask if I had reached my pick-up point earlier than arranged so arrived back home early
Arrived quickly Clean car Pleasant driver and would use again
Used for the first time pick up was late and quoted £11.80 on phone but charged over £14 plus took longest route. Way back taken long route again even thou I asked for quickest and charged over £14 Next time I will drive
Said driver was on their way but when looking on the maps provided - driver was already on a drop off - so wasn’t on the way-
