Highly recommend... I bought a Honda CR-V a few weeks ago and I was very pleased with the service I received. The guys don't pressure you, leave you to thoroughly look around the car and check everything including a test drive. Basically they can't do enough to help and did everything for me, all the paperwork tax etc so I could drive it home.. The car was a really good price, valeted and looked amazing before I picked it up. There was a slight problem with a parking sensor and they booked it in the garage there and then and was fixed in a couple of days.. Overall an excellent experience... The car drives like new and I love it. Cheers Abbey Court car sales.
Top quality blokes running this private car garage, they came across 2 problems out of their control that they were making every effort to rectify without us even asking and gave us a time line in which this would be sorted it was just a missing key and a service that had been done but not stamped in service book, they showed us evidence via receipt that this had been done. Very friendly and willing to help, they offer 5 day drive away insurance, they didn't try to pressure us at any point, in fact they just gave us the keys and left us to look around, explaining that they'd be there if we had any questions. Absolutely no concerns with Abbey Court, impressed from start to finish, which I find hard to say with car sale companies these days. Would highly recommend and will be happy to purchase again based on customer service alone. They also offer their own warranty service at a very reasonable price and unlike other companies, if there is a problem, they will sort it.
Bought a fabulous Mini Cooper S Cabriolet yesterday. Car was fair price & Ross extremely helpful on phone. I decided to take train from London to buy the car. Kieran dealt with my purchase swiftly , professionally & so friendly. I highly recommend this garage. Thanks guys!
Amazing customer service!! The sales rep was very friendly and told me all of the information I needed for the car, gave me time to look around and make sure everything works. Their tallest staff member even came to sit in car for me to make sure that my husband who is 6.5 would be able to comfortably drive it. They gave me all the time I needed to swap the stuff from old car to new! The best part was that I was there with my little one 8 month old and was very welcomed. Definitely will return if will need a new car or will suggest to my friends if they are looking for new one.
Good honest sales man, professional service gave me all the information about the Volvo I needed, to make a straight forward decision. Once everything was in place they quickly moved out all the cars for a test drive. Good warranty in place. Would highly recommend.

Fabulous people no matter who you deal with! Incredible purchasing experience, they are really friendly and transparent, the showroom is in excellent condition and nobody pressured anybody for anything! Bought a Mazda 3 Sport, and apart from the wheels needing straightening and balancing, everything is amazing, it drives really good. You would expect some defects on a second hand car, but this is faultless! Thank you Abbey Court Car Sales!
Visited this garage looking at a particular car, the price was reasonable so I decided to travel the distance to have a look. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately on this occasion the car wasn't to the condition I was hoping it was in. I can't comment on any sales or aftercare as I didn't purchase a vehicle. But if there is a car for sale there that you have an interest in, then I would definitely recommend travelling to take a look at least!
Absolutely avoided this company at all cost! Buyer beware! Didn't fix the issue within the warranty that I paid extra for. When a major fault occured because of this they initially attempted to help but charged me another £1000 and made the issue even worse. Sold s part off the car without my permission and lied to the ombudsman. Left me thousands in debt and no car. Never deal with them ! The response from the dealer has not one truth in it. They NEVER used a Ford dealer to fix the car. The reports yes I have emails and paper copies said it required a new gearbox and Abbey court cars refused to pay for them to do it OR use a company in Mansfield that they recommended. I had NOT had the car a year and it WAS returned within the 3 months warranty that we paid extra for DESPITE most dealers including this in the price. W e were NEVER offered the car to be replaced we were NOT even given a temporary car to use. I would have taken a replacement car or the money back.
I bought a car from this guys, very nice in sales,good marketing,but after 3 days a issue with AC appeared, i thought that if i told them what is happening there will be no problem they will fix it,THEY DIDN'T ,they just said no can do. ,after 2 more weeks i go to a mechanic and i found out that the radiator and the condenser were broken, replace them 380 £,so THANK YOU FOR HELP abbey court sales. DO not buy from them, they just make cars nice and shinny, and sale it on higher price.
