We have just returned from Liverpool after a short stay, we decided to treat ourselves to a taxi there and back. Our driver was punctual, friendly & very polite. His name is Sami . Would definitely recommend him !!

Driver number 330 Car was Mercedes E220 We booked Albatross car yesterday, from Heathrow Airport terminal 2 to Derby. Our experience was excellent  highly recommended. They were very professional. The office called me and managed to find a car quickly. The driver was friendly and so helpful, he came himself to the arrivals building to take me, kids, and the suitcases to the car, which was very nice and clean.

Cars are always on time and definitely not overpriced! Drivers are polite, courteous, reliable and helpful. Safe drivers even in the busiest driving conditions. I use on a very regular basis and have never had a problem. Thank you Albatross!

*clearly the manager at albatross cars either didn't understand the issue of parking illegally on double yellow lines or the drivers they employ didn't listen. Now makes me wonder what other illegal activity they get upto with their cars since they can't follow the simple UK law.  Albatross drivers don't know the British road laws... Park illegally

I use albatross cars for years, sometimes 2/3 times a day. I have always been a very satisfied client. The drivers are a always friendly, kind, respectful, helpful, and with a strong work ethics. Arrived almost straightaway to take me home from Derby City Centre. Excellent driver & pleasant too. Will use Albatross for all taxi needs.

I have always used Albatross cars until last night when I was sent a driver who had no idea of driving in Derby. The journey to my Doctors is always between £4:90 & £5:10. Last night I got in a taxi and he proceeded to turn the car in the opposite direction when I asked him why are we going this way as he will take us in a complete circle and then end up where we started off from. After the taxi running up £3:50 we ended up exactly where started from. Eventually he did stop the meter at £6:00 but only because I said he was ripping us off.  Albatross responded and resolved the issue

So pleased with the service for our airport transport,  we got picked up on time, the driver was very friendly and helped with our luggage. I would definitely use there service again. Thank-you

This was the first time we used a taxi company to do a pickup from Birmingham international airport and drop off at our house. We were a bit nervous as to whether the driver would find us okay, or if there may be complications. There was no need for concern as the driver was very helpful and kept in contact with us the whole time, and the whole experience went smoothly without any hiccups. We were very happy with the service, and would definitely use Albatross cars again if we need another airport pickup in the future, very good polite friendly service all round from the controller to the driver, highly recommend Albatross cars to anyone. P.S. they were the cheapest fare out of all the taxi companies I rang, and on top of that, as I booked it through their app for the first time, I got 20% off.. bonus!

Albatross are my ‘go to’ company for all my taxi needs. The staff are always polite, engaging, and nothing is too much trouble for them. They also transport my elderly parents and are always happy to carry bags for them and to see them to their front door. A first rate taxi service.
