Friday 23/09/22. Around 14.18 This was my first time with pj cars. Felt safe with the driver. I wanted to say a massive shout out to the gentleman taxi driver believe he said car 29. It was a grey Toyota. I had an incredibly upsetting day before my ride and the driver could probably tell. He made me feel calmer. Was so kind to me and being honest he was just felt so human. What a kind man. He made my day so thank you. Yes I would recommend : Thank you From the girl with the green hair.
Very poor customer service. Fraudulent drivers!!! More than once now their drivers have intentionally taken very longer routes to make customers pay more. Called their number, the guy who picked kept cutting me off once I start complaining. In all you do, please avoid PJ cars! I’m going to teach their drivers some lessons soon. Nonsense!
Brilliant service, yet again.... Booked for a 4.30am pick up to go to the airport, arrived bang on time... Called PJ's on our return to the airport and a car within 20 minutes.... Prices explained when booked..... 100% recommended them
Blue Skoda KP60 VAD P J Taxi driver went to a shop keep us waiting outside. No sorry or excuse when he came back plus he did not know where was Carrington Street which is within 2 min drive radius. He claims he was a taxi driver for 25 years and told us there are so many streets with the same name in the same city which can't be true in a small town i live. I had to give him a direction.
Been let down twice on the last 2 times I used them, only because my Uber app wasn’t working. Never turned up, driver had “disappeared “ apparently
Good prices but rather get an Uber making me wait ages. Men in the cab station are rude and Cancel your cabs and end the phone on you. They stay in the same spot for ten minutes even if they’re down the road. DONT RECOMMEND ! My cab driver nearly knocked over an old lady crossing the road

Recently the service has been absolutely awful. Drivers turning up without card readers after I’ve requested one and informing me of a five to ten minute wait just to wait over half an hour. It’s a shame because I’ve been with this service for years and they’re usually pretty decent in terms of waiting times but it’s been astonishing lately, i can’t understand why though.
Used this company for over 25 years. Booked an estate car as 4 people and 6 suitcases. All fine. Driver pulled up and stood and watched me a woman lift and load all 6 suitcases into the boot then after driving away tried to charge us more for the suitcases not to us directly but with his colleague on the switch! When I told him i understood what he had just said and there was no way I was paying extra he said "use someone else next time, I've been working since 7pm and it's 9pm and this is only my 3rd fare and we all need to earn money!". Not by ripping me off you don't! He then stood and watched whilst I lifted all 6 suitcases out of the car again myself as I was with my young son and elderly blue badge holding parents, slammed the boot, got in the car and drove off with not so much as a word. Rude and arrogant after so many years of loyal custom. Albatross for me and my family from now on then, especially after hearing about one of their drivers kindness to a complete stranger. Unprofessional, arrogant and rude in every way possible
After all these years of using PJs and always having a good review for them I never thought I would be so disappointed as I am now, I booked a taxi as I needed to be somewhere for 10:00am and it never showed up. Thanks for everything you've just lost a loyal customer.
