Good location and price but our trip to the city centre was ruined! There was not enough family car spaces, elevator good it was working at all! is not reaching all levels so we had to use stairs with the stroller. Machine was broken so we couldn't pay at the end... I don't think we'll be back, not family friendly at all.
I don't understand the bad reviews? Yeah it's not in a great place in Plymouth, and whilst it's not the prettiest of car parks. It's great! To be able to park in Plymouth, all day for £5 is a bargain. Especially for a city car park! I'm able to park overnight securely. As the car park is locked and has 24/7 CCTV. When I paid for a month which was only £50, the process was simple and professional. I often see office workers park there in their flash cars, so if you're worried about your £500 getting robbed, I wouldn't worry.
Great car park at £1 an hour and no more than £5 all day. Spaces are a good size and the car park is easy to navigate around in most of todays veichals. There are plenty of disabled spaces aswell as parent and toddler ones to. They even have a handful of charge points for electric cars. Only problem is that the pay machines are a bit on the old side and need improving.
£5 a day for city centre parking is a bargain very safe and secure
It's affordable, a lot of space to park your car. At the bottom of town, which is where I like to start my shopping trip. Accepts card. The issue is that they removed the bridge across the road, you now have to cross the road - I used to prefer the bridge.

No car chargers here for at least 6months after they disconnected the Pod point chargers!!!
Stairwells a bit dismal and smelly, but no worse than most multistorey car parks. Have to cross busy main road with pelican crossing lightsto get to market or main shops, but ok. Pay on return, but only payment machine is on first floor level.
Ground floor almost completely given over to disabled and mother & child spaces, but still one of the cheapest places to park.
As a tourist it was our first visit... it was a bit of a nightmare finding the "Pay Machine" You have to pay before exiting the car park. Clearer signage needed!!!
