Parked here for ages now and never had an issue, parked my car overnight for an all-nighter studying in the library, came back in the morning and the car has been massively damaged, things ripped off and looks like someone tried to break in. place definitely has a problem with people loitering around and causing trouble. will not be parking here anymore
Parked here for convenience to attend show at Theatre Royal. Price of parking is reasonable. However, the stairwells are filthy and stink of urine. They need an extremely deep clean and monitoring to stop them being used as a public toilet.
Parking is good. There are lots of parking spaces available and the location is really nice near the town centre. The list was not working and seems it's been a long time since it's not maintained, but it's safe as it's locked during the night time, so plan accordingly and it's a good option for that price.nYou can pay using app online, so I had no issue with payment which some people mentioned.
Seems Plymouth City Council has abandoned this car park. It's very dirty and smelly. Needs a good clean and good coat of paint. The only thing going for it it's the location. It's getting worse day by day. Sad.
Plenty of space a short walk for the pavilions, handy as can pay by app, so don't have to queue for payment stations at the end of the night. Saw a security guard manning the carpark, so felt comfortable leaving our car.
