Not to pricey compared to some places. But does need a revamp as looks a bit drawn. Only one card and ticket machine so the que was long, and did not help that the machines screen was broken so having to speak to a customer advisor via telecom to pay for parking- he was polite. Was stressful as needing to leave quickly and couldn’t.
Fairly good parking, close to city centre. Very low so no vans allowed. Lowered cars scrape. Up to 2h 2.40£.
Cheap and nasty, if you're tighter than drakes drum and don't care about getting car door dents in your car this is the place for you. The parking spaces are too small for today's vehicles. The ramps that go up and down levels are too narrow. NO LIFTS, so if you have a pram or wheelchair you're going to have to play Russian roulette with the cars on the ramps. Homeless people camped on the top floor. This place needs pulling down and rebuilding. The best bit, it's very close to the city centre and no queues to get in unlike Drake Circus on busy days.
Very good price but really dirty and no lift, so really tricky when you are with buggy or wheelchair.
My go to car park. Nice secure car park under cover with easy walking distance to the shops. I always park here with my family and is more affordable than some of the other other car parks. Could do with some accessibility for push chairs and wheel chairs though as if you want to take the side route out there are steps.
Secure multi storey car park with ticket /barrier system. Pay with ticket at kiosk before leaving car park at exit on ground floor. Car park easy to get to & central to Plymouth City Centre. Would benefit from coat of paint as dysmal looking. Otherwise a useful car park in good location. Plenty of disabled bays on ground floor.
Its not pretty but you're only going to park your car in it. Would be more helpful to have the paying machines in different locations like nearer doors. Probably not the most secure place to park but no-one will want to steal my banged up old thing.
Very slippery underfoot. Walk with caution No cash paid system
STAY AWAY! If 0 stars were possible I would give them less! Park there to go into a shop, lost my card didn't think anything of it till going to pay. No contactless payment facilities, I had no cash on me as I use my cards on my phone to pay for everything. Contacted the unhelpful service, to get told "this is Plymouth not London we don't have those facilities". I could not believe it, told to go to the cash point an withdraw cash... The women on the unhelpful line, constantly being, rude, patronising and condescending then told that she was "taking over me and it cuts me off". Contacted the City Council whom could hear my child crying whilst I was on the phone trying to get someone to come down and take my details atleast to let me out of the car park. Last and not least the barrier broke, best ending ever! My friend had to come all the way across Plymouth because they haven't the staff, nor facilities to continue offering a descent service. Tight parking is the least of their concerns in regard to this place. Never again!
It's a car park, you drive in take a ticket, park and pay on exit. It's very run down but ideally situated for shopping in the City Centre.
