The only good thing for this parking space is the location. But it's seriously outdated both in security and in tech. We had paid as always the parking, and yet, we got a "fine" from them stating we have to pay 100gbp for missing payment ???. Add to that, the letter even threatens with bayliffs :- you can't make this up. We will be paying parking elsewhere.

Avoid this car park at all costs, this car park is in Plymouth we visited it because we went to the aquarium which was really good and worth a visit if you want to visit the aquarium try and park somewhere else. As you can see from one of the pics it’s really expensive hospital parking can be cheaper then this. Also in nearly all the pics for this car park it’s an empty car park wonder why

Lifts weren't working which meant taking the pram down through several layers on the car park. Right next to the aquarium, quite expensive

Dark and damp place pay machine old and took forever to give ticket only went here as Drakes shopping full Xmas time! Only good thing position

Very safe and prices are excellent we used it to park there to visit  family, very good we parked the car over night ,it was safe and car was all well when on returning to  it,would definitely  recommend  it and will use again  in the future.

Find another car park! It must be the most frustrating pay machine I've used 1/2hour to get sorted ruined the day!!!! And the app, that I tried is useless!!!!!!

Would like to leave a negative but cant sadly. Parked in here in February and paid via the app that Britannia car park endorse under their own signage. The payment went through and we stayed less than paid. Recieved a fine a few weeks later, which we appealed. Now received their decision notice pretty much blaming us for not getting payment from the third party, we should check it has reached them and we are in the wrong. They even suggest that we dont use the company they offer.

Large carpark that's fairly well placed for the marina and aquarium, but it's very over-priced. Price jumps up a lot compared to others in the area. Would advise checking others nearby before using this one.

The worst possible parking to choose to park around National Marine Aquarium. Ridiculous queue to pay for parking, be warned if you use parking app like we did and leave parking few minutes late you get £100 fine. Smelly facility, a lot to be desired to call it clean. AVOID at all cost.

It's a car park, but the spaces are well laid out.
