Car park is very expensive and I got issued a ticket for the dumbest most avoidable reason ever, the council had forgotten to paint over thick white lines presumably old parking bays and clumsily painted two blue lines expecting everyone to know automatically to not park within the thick white lines from before. Very poor management and disgraceful that money hungry Plymouth council had rejected my appeal.
The car park itself is very handy for the theatre but the last time we visited we wasted 10 minutes going up the entire car park and back down again because there were no spaces and there was nothing to indicate that there were no spaces. We ended up parking near to Plymouth hole and running to the theatre making the performance with 5 minutes to spare.
Car park was fine. Payment machines were not! Wouldn't accept card and with it being a Sunday no help support either. Had to download the app which wasn't helped by concrete building
Expensive to park compared with Station approach. Spaces are tight and I have an average size car! Struggled to get out drivers and passengers did the same. Took ages to get out after the performance. Had to pay by phone. Didn't have the app. That was a performance.
Pay machine not working properly paid for 4 hours and only registered 2 REALLY ANNOYING!!!!!!! DIDNT REALISE UNTIL WE GOT BACK TO THE CAR!! other customers having problems too !!!! Wont park here again really confusing way out too!!
