I really liked a BMW X5 x45E and was keen on viewing it but wasnt sure of the full capability on the battery which landed in Matthews area.nMatthew talked me through the battery, hybrid and sports functions. He was able to navigate around the vehicle and point out the spec differences.nWe took the car out for a drive and Matthew managed to get me some movement on the price and a goody bag which secured the deal.nOverall he was professional, kept in touch over email and was reliable. I travelled over 6 hours to get the car and Matthew made it a smooth process. I would strongly suggest liaising with Matthew Mcloed if visiting and purchasing.

This Vertu Branch : BMW Bridgewater made my experience of sorting out a used car an absolute breeze and it was done with 10/10 Customer Service thanks to Matt and his Team there.nnFirst I was collected and driven from the Train Station. Had a great chat over a very nice latte and had a great vehicle inspection with Matt who just let me have a good ol look around.nHe was there to answer any of my questions.nThe Test Drive was superb and it was like I was hanging out with one of my mates. Fantastic Scholar and a Gentleman.nThen we had a wait on their side to process admin so what does Matt do? Rather than me sitting around like a plonker for a fair few hours, he drives me to the Town Center to get the Bridgie Experience nGot myself sorted with a nice bite to eat. Bit of shopping for the good lady and myself then it's Matt on the return to drive me back.nMore nice n smooth Lattes later and a chat to the friendly staff when Matt is back with the good news.nHe went totally out of his way, above and beyond, even got my little girl a matching BMW Brolly! Just how excellent is that?nEven offered a top restaurant in Wells to impress the other half with. Even a relationship guru!  Total Gold.nnI mean could you get any better than that for customer service? Craig did his very best and all he could possibly do to do a deal with me and I respect his efforts.  Unfortunately this wasn't backed by his manager Joe Scott who was actually rude, ignorant and very abrupt. Due to his penny pinching attitude and not wanting to do what they said they would do and also what they advertise in their used car policy a 28k sale has fallen through. I will also be taking this to BMW UK.

Another fantastic buying experience from Craig at Vertu BMW Bridgewater. My third car in as many years from Craig. Relaxed but professional always and the whole team worked hard to provide me with a great deal and make me feel valued as their customer. Was nice to meet Kieran the Sales Manager too, who spent time with me and thanked me for my business. Very much looking forward to collecting my new car

From welcome to your welcome this team in particular The Service Team create a guest style environment to which any need you might have that they can meet is in fact, a pleasure. Having no choice but to take my pooches and wait I don't recommend this only because it can be as it was for me a long wait however from the crisps biscuits cold and hot drinks offered and plenty and a wifi to work from it was for me an example of how a well bonded team offered above the ever lowering standards of customer service.. welcoming warm friendly busy capable people need only apply for this credit to the Vertu dealerships..that's Somerset for you..
