Firstly the two staff working that day had very little knowledge of the upcoming Skoda Octavia. This included what features were standard, financing deals (advertised at 0%, but were unsure if this affected the new model) and availability. Furthermore the IT system was unable to return a quote after spending more than 2 hours selecting a vehicle and adding optional extras. The staff promised to call and offer quotes, however I have had no communications from them in over a month. Finally, there were very limited vehicles available to test drive. 

I was disappointed with my experience at Carrs predominantly because they did not have the courtesy to contact me after investing so much time and interest with them.
