Visited recently to look at a vehicle and dealt with Matt Mcleod on the sales team. Decided to go with a different brand / model and so didn't proceed with a purchase but Matt was very helpful, really informative about the car we looked at and it's features, followed up in exactly the way he said he would and wasn't pushy. Would happily deal with him again in the future.
This BMW dealer I found to be very helpful and couldn't do enough to assist me when buying my new car, plenty of hot coffee and drinks available free sales staff very helpful and obliging, I've always found workshop also to be very good usually with video of repairs and a written report. Can't speak highly enough for BMW cars and they're dealers in the West, full marks to helston garages. Cars may not be cheap, but in this life you get what you pay for.
Really poor showing for this dealership. My Visual Health Check said my tyres would need to be replaced soon. The car went straight to an MOT and a tyre failed for sidewall damage - so what exactly did the Visual Health Check look at? When asked, I was fobbed off and generally the attitude appears to be "we've sold the car, now we can treat you like dirt", I mentioned an interest in buying a replacement but no interest, didn't bother asking if I wanted to buy a new service plan....generally a very weak and poor showing. I don't mind he dealership looking old and a bit tired but Customer Service was pretty dreadful. Overall best avoided if you can.
Had excellent and prompt customer service from Craig when purchasing my nearly new BMW. This was in contrast to less good experiences from 2 different BMW dealers. Working on the deal with Craig was a pleasure and Craig has followed up with us post sale to ensure we are completely happy. Highly recommend Craig and the team at Westerly Bridgwater.
I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Westerly BMW, Bridgewater and what a pleasant bunch of BMW professionals they are. Unlike the super corporate three storey showrooms that have started to pop up, their showroom reminded me of when BMW used to be more exclusive back in the early 90's. Great product knowledge, customer service and attention to detail. It's dealers like this that BMW need to reward.
Found the service here very poor and unprofessional put car in for oil leak repairs car given back to me with the same oil leak. Other issues was fixed however this was one of the main repairs I was hoping to be done. Allen car to a bmw specialist which I got a more professional service from very helpful told me what other issues the car had which bmw also failed to do. Clarks of Wellington if your looking for a bmw professional not getting it from Bridgwater that’s for sure what a waste of my money. Never again.

Only dealt with parts counter but have to say service was fast, friendly and helpful
Utter crooks. Ripped off my daughter for unnecessary work carried out on her 116d. Claimed to have advised additional work may be required after in excess of £360 spent to fix the issue. This was not the case. Escalated my complaint to the Service Manager and even the Helston Group MD to no avail. Adding to my frustration was the fact I had previously nominated Westerly to be the supplying dealer for my last company car purchase. The experience was actually very good but the Service Dept is a disgrace. Will never use again and now travel 90 miles to Plymouth to use a dealer outside the Helston Group to service my 330e.
Having just walked in to look at a car ,I was pleasantly met by Matt Mcleod ,he took the time to help with what i wanted and at no point did I feel as if I was being forced into something i didn't want ,four days later I came back for a test drive of which again I was told to take my time and enjoy the drive, Hands down one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had !!! Thanks again Matt
