I would like to give a mention to Seb and Ryan who both ensured that my wife was one happy customer with the purchase of her second Mini in less than 3 months following issues with a car supplied elsewhere within the Westerly Group. The new car is excellent and I am pleased to recommend Mini Bridgwater.

Did my car service and MOT and a recent emergency repair in here. Their service is great, speedy. Professional team. The service representative is very professional and answers all questions and helps with all requests. Will keep it as my regular service centre.

Wanted to check a new model that was being offered as a company car. The young lady Gorgina I think was very pleasant and helpful, especially as she knew this wasn't a sale. Very professional.

Chris Horlock was absolutely amazing to deal with the selling of my F56 Mini Cooper S. He's been a breath of fresh air compared to other salesman I've spoken about the selling of my mini too. Chris is approachable, answered the phone whenever I called him and responded to emails in a quick/professional manor. I'd 100% recommend this gentleman/dealership!

I’m really sorry it’s not 5 stars but no more a loyal customer way I’ve been treated I Order a new car Feb I knew it was waiting game with covid and life BUT they didn’t give me any updates I had to ring them for updates first was June then July they sept in end October I ask for updates but no I didn’t get them very dissatisfied and disappointed as I’ve bought over 5 mini from them been a loyal customer with them since 2002 the service has gone down hill wouldn’t recommend DID care just a number these day well no more time for change garage.
