There are good and bad staff some are very good and look so happy to help others are indifferent just depends on the time of day mostly good the cafe is awsome staffed by great people and helpfull station 7 /10 cafe 10 /10

Arrived at Westbury to discover my connection cancelled. Only employee at the station to ask about this had no knowledge of the cancellation. Attitude was indifference and I would just have to wait for the next train at 10. Impressive customer service and care

Caught the the wrong train recently and ended up in westbury 2hours+ in the opposite direction, staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly thank you for your help and time, have a great Christmas!!

A good variety of services and rolling stock for a station like this. Certainly not the busiest station around but has enough services for a decent filming session. I would come and film here again
