Previous visits have been good; staff have been friendly enough and food was great. BUT today, I had a meatball sandwich today and during the serving, the lady (WITH GLASSES FYI) decided to put KETCHUP on my sandwich without asking me for any salad or sauce. Cmon surely its not hard to say would you like any salad at all and sauce. Shame this subway has let me down today as I love having sandwiches and cookies from this provider :( I won't be coming back sorry.

Can't say anything bad about the place, stays open late so that people leaving Elevens have enough time to get food and is popular on a night out in chippenham

Normal subway, I found that they were not too kind with the amount of food they put. The staff looked a bit angry so the atmosphere wasn't nice, so decided to eat outside.

Person by the name of Callum (blond hair) refused to serve me and my partner. After 5 minutes of standing there, and shouting a few times (he was around the corner we could see him) we walked out. another couple walked in and he immediately served them.
