If I'm late for work, it's because of GWR. If I'm late for a train, it's because I'm queuing for a ticket. Be sure to arrive 30 minutes early; the self service are often broken, and the queues are out the doors.

It's your standard train station, you're here for travel so comfort isn't a major necessity, the parking could be a little bit cheaper though!
