The worst pharmacy ever!!! Under new ownership and the lady is extremely rude she shouted at my children my son has additional needs which this woman should have an understanding of. She was extremely unhelpful and said she was to busy to do our prescription as it had come over by fax and she had not met the doctor who wrote it we ended up walking out. Items in the shop were over priced can’t see this pharmacy lasting with service like this! NHS should be ashamed this woman can supply the public with valuable medication. This woman could not have cared less!!!

Used to be a good pharmacy, now it is very poor indeed. Service is very slow and the pharmacist is very moody and extremely rude. When asking for a GP prescription she tuts at me every time and clearly can’t be bothered to look for it. She blames me each time she can’t find it. Won’t be using this one again.

Went to pick my prescription up. Told I was an inactive patient so I called my doctor and they called the chemist to stay all was ok, ,The doctor then called me to tell me the pharmasist did not have time to do my medication as she was on her own. But when I first went in that morning she had time to chat with a customer about private health care.I will now be using a Another pharmacy from now on

Good if you have a prescription from GP only. The other workers have always been so helpful. I had a prescription from my consultant from Tunbridge Wells/Maidstone Hospital for my serious condition and they said i would have to wait and i said i could not due to the severity of my condition. Told i was being aggressive with my body language. I condition to ask i need help from her, the owner and manager may i add, of what to do next, desperately seeking help but she carried on saying i'm being aggressive when i really don't have the energy to be aggressive and not helping me out. I was told that it was not good enough and i would have to go to GP to get a re-print. Baring in mind i am very weak and everything is hard work for me. I left without my prescription even though i told her what it was and what it was for. Very upset and disappointed about the lack of compassion. I asked for Managers number from the way i was treated and she bragged that she was the manager and owner. NHS need to access pharmacies. People like this should be able to own a pharmacist. Wish i took her name.

Poor service have always used this pharmacy but lately there is no one on counter pharmacist only one there I waited patiently for half an hour to find one set of tablets were missing so waited to ask her she looked at computer but I couldn't hear what she was saying so asked if there was problem she told me I needed to be more patient it was electronic system , I took offence has I had waited patiently like others there ,my husband even came in as he had been sitting in car as he wondered if something was wrong ! I have used this pharmacy for years but won't be going back there again to be insulted
