They’re a very busy little pharmacy, I found them to be polite and helpful.

Answering the telephone seems impossible for them! Frustrating and stressful.  Appreciate you’re busy and are taking on new customers- this shouldn’t be to the detriment of those who already use you.

Staff friendly enough however trying to phone the Pharmacy is frustrating. No one seems to answer?

Rang over 200 times trying to ask the same question I had to walk in to ask, not good for those with physical limitations like myself, just from walking in I realised that no one bothers with the phone and just listens to it ring and when I mentioned was told “it’s busy” there’s 6 staff members and boots run pharmacies of less staffing but still attend to the phone? It’s alarming to think that the missed calls could be an elderly person in need or someone who’s immobile trying to access medication for themselves being ignored. Funny enough though, someone can use the ringing phone between your calls but cannot answer them? Awful will be asking GP to change my pharmacy over to boots instead.

I have had nothing but positive service from this professional, friendly and extremely helpful pharmacy. Following issues, I recently transferred from an online prescription service to Collis' and they have been so helpful and gone the extra mile in making this transition smooth. Thank you Collis' you are a great team!

Nice little local pharmacy. They are always helpful in there. It is such a traditional and old pharmacy and something as a town we should support. They sell other things most other pharmacies offer and take around a usual time length for prescriptions. They do a lot of deliveries which is ideal for the age of the local clientele

On 4th Feb went into chemist with my daughter and grandson .was asked very very rudely by assistant do you have a mask.so I walked out .there is no laws to say I have to wear a mask.not the first time staff in there have been rude.they need extra training for been a assistant.
