Absolutely terrible service.scripts are never ready even when they are put in early!Told to go off for 20 minutes while its sorted,then return and que againThe staff are so miserable and when your feel unwell you need a kind and caring person. Not attitude! The male pharmacist always seems to be a way on a comfort break!They make you feel your an inconvenience!!
Just don't bother. I've used several pharmacies as I've moved around, this pharmacy never has the prescription ready even if you wait a week. They'll tell you to go and shop while they get it ready just tablets, not anything they have to make up, then you come back 20 minutes later and they say it'll be another 20 minutes at least. One offs I can understand but it has happened every time.
The pharmacists and everyone involved at this pharmacy need a medal as they work so very hard. Talk about go the extra mile! They are cheerful, helpful and professional in every way. Thank you all.
Terrible service from male pharmacist on first visit and then from Jane on second visit. First visit, I was ignored for quite some time by male pharmacist at the counter, who clearly did not want to serve me. On the second visit, Jane, who seemed a bit dim-witted, had a problem writing down my name correctly as I was spelling it out to her. I was then told that there would be a 40 minute wait for my standard prescription to be ready! Rude, unhelpful and incompetent staff. I will use Boots next door from now on as they seem to understand the concept of customer service.
The staff at this pharmacy are outstanding! They've always been so kind and helpful when I visit the pharmacy. My medication is always ordered and done on time and they always have what I need in stock.
We give it a week after the Dr sends it over . To the pharmacy. Then we go down .to be told we haven't made it up yet ... come back in 20 mins ... 20 mins of walking around store sitting in the car .we go back to be told oh we haven't got 3 of the 5 tablets in .. we have to order them in . We will text you when we have done it .looking about 3 days .. this has been going on for a year always an excuse . Poor customer service .staff not interested
I have used this pharmacy on and off for several years and always found them to be helpful and polite. Their only drawback is several times they did not have enough of part of my script so I had to make another trip witch is a fault of the management not staff.
Always receive great service here. This is by far my best pharmacy. The staff are all very helpful, and nothing is ever too much trouble for them.
Have to say having worked in a pharmacy this has to be the slowest. Staff everything is an effort. 6 days to label antibiotics for daughter. No Internet connection to return prescription to spine. I understand work load and pressures but not very quick at serving, customer service.... None. Moved here for convenience, drop while you shop. Quite ironic. More like drop and come back in three days plus. Will be moving prescriptions.
Concur. Telephone not answered. Ten years ago, it always was on about the third ring. However, today, I have tried to contact Boots Pharmacies, Marsh Chemist and Pharmacy2U. All calls have rung out and email contact denied. What is happening? The NHS economy drive by denying us medication? It is not impressive. Not everyone can physically get to the chemist. DD
