We went here on 23/09/17 so that my wife could make a few purchases. She had a gift card, and was unsure as to how much was left on it so asked at the counter. The women at the counter scanned the card and very rudely stated "zero". No smile, no conversation, just like a rude bad tempered cyborg. After my wife had done her shopping and returned to pay for the item the women continued to be surly and outright rude in attitude towards her. Blonde female, black rimmed glasses. This was at about 15:20pm. I suggest you have a word with her and tell her she'll end up with wrinkles if she keeps frowning as much. You could tell her to learn some manners as well. The younger dark haired girl who helped my wife choose bath bombs however was very helpful and friendly.

Tried to phone to check if a prescription for 85 year old in-law was ready Prescription had been sent to them electronically by his doctor at 1.45 pm.  As we live 6 miles from them and work full time didn't want a wasted journey but after 1/2 dozen phone calls between 3.00 pm and 6 pm, with  no one at Boots picking up we had no option but to drive there after work to see if it was available.  Very poor
