I had to ring the council to inform them that I was moving out of the area, you'd think that would be an easy thing to sort but the woman I spoke to was incredibly rude and patronising - I could not believe the manner in which I was spoken to. I'm so glad I no longer live in the area as on top of this the recycling and refuse team are very inconsiderate, I've had and seen recycling that they did not want to collect thrown back on to doorsteps and driveways and bins thrown back into middle of driveways which is a nightmare when you come home and try to park up. Very inconsiderate and unhelpful council.

Very nasty and threatening people, who have absolutely no regard for any human being.  They are rude and condescending, it's hard to believe these people actually have jobs, if they did this sort of thing at the company I work for they would have been shown the side gate by now - they don't even deserve 1 star.
