Roadwater Post Office & Stores is not a large shop, but it has everything you'd expect – and some stuff you wouldn't. Whether it's starch, lightbulbs, bacon or a cure for the common cold you want, you'll have a goood chance of finding it here. Really useful place to get some lunch on the run and the opening hours are handy too. Splendid testimony to self-organised, local enterprise – well done all.

I went in for directions, and was very impressed both by the service which was friendly and helpful, and by the merchandise.  

I was able to get locally sourced bacon, and other meat, other produce too.  Everything was sparkling clean and a pleasure to shop there.  This is what a local village shop should be. It had a decent sized car park, probably enough for 12 or 14 cars if parked sensibly. 

I'd recommend it to anyone.
