When I arrived at hyundai I was greeted with lovely smile from Jodie she made me feel at ease and supported me to my chair as I am not very good walking . She offered me a cup of tea and she explained everything to me and my support worker about my mobility car she was very patient as I struggle to understand. She went above and beyond to get me the car and she is a credit to the company I would definitely deal with jodie again in the future
From the beginning of the inquiry Sean larner was absolutely fantastic. He was so helpful, understanding, compassionate and knowledgeable. He explained everything from the beginning to end. He listen to what I wanted and why didn’t push me to anything I didn’t want . He made sure I was the priority which was so reassuring . I will be going back for my next car with him and won’t go anywhere else. I have full trust in him and he made it so easy for me when I had never done it before and my husband wasn’t with me. So thank you Dean he is a real credit to Hyundai x
From start to finish nothing was to much . Sean went above and beyond to make sure buying our car was a smooth and enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend Sean and the staff.
Took my Hyundai Kona in for it’s second service today and waited in comfortable surroundings for the work to be completed. On arrival I was greeted by Lauren and Diane in a warm, friendly manner. Their memories of past meetings are exceptional, as is the service which they provide. Everything is explained clearly and nothing is too much trouble for them. It was also lovely to see Jodie again, from whom I had purchased the car. You really feel you are amongst friends.
My first service here at Hyundai Colne, after many unhappy, stressful appointments at a different company and I am so satisfied. The whole process was smooth and stress free, thanks to Lauren and Dianne! They managed to accommodate me early and even arrange a car which massively helped! Thank you so much
