Matt and the team have been brilliant. We walked in on Friday looking for a new car and today we collected it. Absolutely wouldn’t go anywhere else now, these guys really go above and beyond to look after their customers. My car was in for bodyshop work after a car collided with the drivers side. The finish is impeccable. When I picked it up I thought they had put my plates on a brand new BMW, it was amazing. They threw in a top notch valet AND resprayed areas they didn’t even need to just so the car could be returned in 100% immaculate condition all round. The car literally looks like it’s straight out of the factory both inside and out. All staff are friendly, professional and experts in their field. The sales team are great too, really look after you and not pushy at all. All staff are genuinely nice people who want to help and keep customers happy. 100% recommend.
Having found Lloyd Colne some years back with my first BMW back in about 2011 I think, the quality of service given both led me to staying with the BMW brand over the years, and never needing to seek an alternate service provider.nnALL the staff led to this - this place is a credit to the BMW brand. Special shout out to Ben for being awesome but this definitely does not mean all the others are less :-
