I would just like to say in my 35 years driving,Lloyds Bmw Colne have been the best dealership I have ever come across,Dylan Scott is the best salesman I have ever dealt with,ordered a new car he kept in touch all the way through the process I never had to chase him,it’s been a pleasure dealing with all the staff there,I am now going to be a long time customer of there’s.nTHANK YOUnBMW COLNE
Although the staff are very polite, helpful and friendly. Theres definitely no rush in the place. I was supposed to drop my car off at 8am for a new battery and a company recall, collect a courtesy car and go to work. I was there for quarter to eight. However by the time I was able to leave for work after sitting and reading two pages of the independent new paper it was after 9am.nnIts now after nearly three pm and no call to tell me if the cars ready to collect?nnWould I go back? Id try to avoid it if I could.
Very unprofessional site. Used them a few times now and every time has been a bad experience. The most recent last month has got to be the worst. As soon as I pulled up on-site I witnessed two employees driving erratically around in customers vehicles nearly having a collision on the premises one of which one of the drivers was texting on his phone!nMy car was dropped off for maintenance for the day and was completed but once given back I had a part removed and discarded before I was able to collect the car, when I asked for the discarded item they no longer had this available which contravenes the motor industry code of practice. I was also lied to by the service coordinator representative who gave my partner and I, a scenario that nothing could be done to to aid with my request but when I pressed and asserted my discarded part they miraculously located it without any description given to identify it within minuets after being repeatedly told it was not possible to get it back and was discarded hours ago and collected! If the mechanic on-site was more thorough and was able to spot higher quality parts this issue could have been avoided. I will not be a returning customer due to being lied to and them trying to pull a fast one! Be careful
Just bought a 5 series x drive from Jamie in used cars. What a legend!nnI’ve been a customer of Bowker blackburn for around 8 years and I shall now be taking my business to Lloyd BMW of Colne for all my BMW needs.nnThe premises are warm and a far cry from the clinical/robotic dealerships I’ve been to in the past. The staff make you feel welcome and wanted: a true BMW experience!nnI highly recommend this branch and would definitely buy another vehicle from them in fact I’m going in to get a car for my wife next week - Bowker’s loss!nnIf you work for another BMW dealership, take a leaf out of Lloyd’s book, you might learn a few things.nnJamie my sales executive was a true gentleman and bent over backwards to make sure our requirements were met. He is both a credit to Lloyds and BMW.nnThank you for a pleasurable vehicle purchasing experience as it should be!
Fantastic family run business. Excellent to deal with from start to finish. They gave me a really fair offer on my car at the first time of asking, no messing about trying to low ball me.nnMatt was so helpful including arranging to transfer my private plate without me asking. Other dealers I have used simply can't be bothered to do this. Matt kept in touch all the way through the process and an added nice touch were a couple of gifts on the day of delivery. I have bought and sold lots of cars and this was an easy and great experience.nnAdded kudos to Dale in parts who was also very helpful over trying to buy a jacket.nnHighly recommended.
