I visited the dealership to have some recall work carried out on my car, and i chose this dealership rather than my local bmw centre due to previous positive experience with Lloyds BMW. It was a 62 mile round trip but we'll worth it, and the dealership facilitated a courtesy car for the day. The customer service f start to finish was amazing - very friendly and professional throughout. The lady who I made the booking with was very polite and friendly, and Matthew Lawson who was my service contact on the day exceeded my expectations with his excellent communication, Friendliness, and professionalism. I would highly recommend this dealership as they go above and beyond the other dealerships and you will not be disappointed.
pleasant experience buying a second hand vehicle from Lloyd Colne. John Edge, was personable and attentive and clearly understands that a supplier's reputation can stand or fall on customer service however good or poor the product. The whole experience was enjoyable and so remains the vehicle.
Purchased a vehicle from BMW Colne 2 months ago. When I went to actually purchase the vehicle there were a few things I was unhappy about. Jake from Sales suggested it would be resolved post purchase.nnI then purchased the vehicle and both Jake and Dylan were absolutely excellent in their customer service. They both responded to me as soon as I reached out and dealt with the matter swiftly. They arranged for the car to be brought back to them and the car was dealt with to an exceptional standard.nnCan’t thank the guys at BMW Colne enough, in particular Jake and Dylan. Both were amazing with dealing with my issue.
Car came in for a recall and I turned up quite early to my appointment as i thought it was an hour earlier, they still managed to get me in early. Whilst I waited I was offered a lovely coffe and my neice a cold drink they had tablets there which kept her entertained whilst we waited. I even got a complementary health check on my vehicle and a free wash and vac! Thankyou for the great experience
