Always a pleasure visiting Vantage Toyota Colne, very friendly staff and great service technicians.
We went to purchase a new car after browsing their website, this was on a Friday afternoon. I was interested in one of four cars.nOn the forecourt we were approached by the salesman who we had a chat with & I explained that we knew what we wanted. We were then given keys & not pestered, after choosing the car that ticked all our boxes & we liked the most, everything was completed quickly without any hassle. I collected the car on Monday after the weekend. It was checked, recleaned & had an MOT. Ready for collection at the planned time.nEasy, straightforward purchase, just the way I like it.nI'm more than happy with the car & the service that was provided.
Went to look at a car to replace my current Toyota corolla which I bought from Blackburn. Meet a lovely Saleswoman called Sarah who was brilliant saleswoman. Give me some good finance figures. However was just outside my price range. Email Sarah I would leave it for 6 months and never got a response that Sarah received my decision and if Sarah will be in contact in 6 months time February 2024.
Had our car serviced here. We chose this branch rather than Blackburn as we have tried both and prefer it here. Friendly and efficient service.
Very welcoming and professional. C-HR in for a service and MOT. All sorted whilst I waiting in their comfortable seating area. Coffee supplied as required. Some extra work is required, priced, and organised very quickly.nA very professional experience.
