Fantastic service and great friendly advice to an elderly lady who was nervous for buying a car and wasn’t in the least bit condescending towards her. No pressure sales techniques were used and gave her/us time to make up our own minds with all the information given if needed. Car was originally sold by Simpsons and brought back in for a part ex. Telling us that the service from this branch of Skoda is good.
Brilliant care by the Service team. The 2 lady’s on the desk were extremely helpful and kept me informed throughout the day. Additionally making a note of when warranty expires and then offering to reach out to add extended warranty,nnDave was the technician who worked on my car, went above and beyond out a video together to show everything he was doing and any recommendations but were in no way pushy with this.nnCar was even washed off when I picked it up so really grateful.nnBrilliant service thanks guys
I had been on the fence about buying a newer car as I hate financing something that loses value, particularly when I owned my car outright. Having said that the Q5 I did have was getting on and didn’t have some of the features newer cars had. Having looked at a few cars online, I came across an unregistered Karoq on auto-trader these guys had in their showroom. It was similar to an Octavia I’d had a few years ago, and although smaller than the Q5, it looked really nice. I popped an enquiry in and quickly Allan dropped me an email. He also sent a handy video of the car which helped me realise I really liked it. I explained what prices I was looking at and my part exchange situation and Allan put together some initial figures, I asked them to do some tweaking and at this point their business manager came back with some further discounts and extra for my part ex. I decided to go view the car and very quickly realised I loved it. The finance offer and part ex price was too good to decline, so I decided to go ahead. Allan was friendly and explained the process. I collected the car a couple of days later. I’m chuffed with the car and extra service plan I got included as well. Brand new beautiful car. Was worth the visit. Thanks guys!!

I purchased my new ŠKODA KAMIQ last week and absolutely love it! While the experience of buying a new car was inherently stressful, George W. from ŠKODA Colne made it truly enjoyable. He was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout the process. I traveled over two hours to get my new ŠKODA, and it was well worth it. All the staff were professional and friendly. I highly recommend this dealership.
