We were recommended by this place from a friend, We came into the showroom and starting to look around we saw a fire we liked and luckily there was a installer there so i gave us his knowledge and advised us which one get, i showed him the pictures of our chimney and he said no problem we will give you a quote, after reading through it we accepted it then we were approached by a lady and she showed us all the features of the stove and went into detail I think she was the owner and we booked at date. we had quires about our installation we had a mobile number so i decided to text it, Wayne would always reply to my messages and always advice us what he would recommend. Just before the installation we popped back to the store and we spoke to Lauren she was very helpful and gave us ideas on how to decorate around our stove, On the Installation day the engineers arrived after 10, Lauren gave us a courtesy call and updated us. Our Installer Keith and had work mate were great came into the house laid there dust sheets and went straight into the work by knocking the hole out for the stove and preparing we had some conversations, as i am a gas engineer myself so i have knowledge of gas fires and he explained the different regs to me.  after a bit i left for work and the chimney fitters came and fitted the flue after a long day Keith explained the stove and left. We had to get the log cut as it was to big, I rang Wayne and he asked me what size i wanted cutting and arranged this for the week after to be fitted by Keith. We had a couple of issues, but these were rectified by Wayne he was always helpful and you can tell he takes pride of his business. The service we received from Lauren and Wayne was amazing. Would highly recommend if you want a new fire place fitted.

Terrible service. The guy standing behind the counter was more interested in watching the football than helping. He threw out information that was incorrect. Shame as the shop is nice but walked out due to service. UPDATE: Interesting response you have left to my initial feedback. There seems to be an apology missing. The reason for the delay is we were chatting to friends who also visited your showroom in the past few weeks who also commented on how bad the service was and the inaccuracies given. Your response has further cemented our decision. Happy new year to you as well.

Fabulous service from start to finish. Our installers, John & Sam were great. After initially thinking it couldn't be done, John found a work-around for us. Our job went into 2 days and they came back on bank holiday to get it finished. They kept us informed during the install and showed us how it was progressing. The attention to detail was excellent, making sure the stove was perfectly centered, fireplace sides were square, mantle perfectly straight etc, all things that have made us very happy with our  stove. We would highly recommend West Mids Stoves to anyone.

called up company and they gave me an idea of the price on the phone - which seemed very reasonable, arranged a time and they came bang on time very impressed as i had to get to work did the job, left my home spotless and ive got to say will definitely use them again!

Used this company to buy and install stove everything was great from start to finish and will definitely be using this company in the future

From start to finish very helpful fitters were efficient and clean,also had a manufacturer problem with a blemish on the paint but fair play they arranged for the manufacturer to send out a engineer to respray within a matter of days, staff in the shop are helpful and cheers

Great place to check out wood burning  stoves, staff are soo helpful, especially Denise and Lauren.  Highly recommended

Absolute shocking customer service, went to the show room to have a look at fireplaces and book a fitting date. Sent an email with all the information they requested, which they ignored! Called to check everything was still ok to go ahead, they had cancelled my booking without notifying me and called me rude for saying I was disappointed. Then told me not to bother because they had plenty of work and didn't want to do any business with me!!  Great reply but you failed to mention about ignoring my two emails and not telling me about the initial deposit when I came in store!  You also had my contact number so instead of "crossing my booking out" where was the customer service, to at least give me a call?
