Absolutely brilliant customer service. We bought seven complete bathroom suites three years ago for a renovation in France and I am still contacting the store for support and receiving it! Avoid like the plague and don't believe a word they say. They take your deposit and then inflate the prices by 50%. They then don't return your calls and, when they do finally "promise" to refund monies owing, you will find yourself chasing them for that payment for weeks on end. Even the fitter they sent out to measure up advised us not to use them.
