Great store, friendly staff
Great shop, helpful and friendly staff. Ordered online to go and collect, no fuss no problems, store is presented well and in light of the constant changing Covid rules the staff have handled it really well. Will use again
A very friendly store. You're always assured of a smile and a few pleasantries from all the staff who do their very best to give good service. The Covid pandemic has created a lot of difficulties to the store's normal operating methods but, despite this, the staff have still served with a smile. A special mention for Tish who is a great role model for the company. As a general rule items in store are lower priced than Screwfix; sometimes by quite a margin.

I wanted to replace the lock on the garden gate. Toolstation had what I needed at a fair price. There were 3 in stock so I went down to pick one up at the Stourbridge branch. Unfortunately they wouldn't accept cash at the present time with the covid thing going on. A young staff member called Jess was very helpful. All credit to her after she helped create an account, choose the correct product online & sort out payment so I hadn't got to go back home and return again next day.
Can't recommend this branch enough, staff are really helpful, orders are always ready to collect promptly. Never encounter any problems. Great service - well done.
Bought a dewalt drill during lockdown ..just over 12 months and the chuck froze..not a cheap item and the store would not replace.advised me to go through dewalt 3vyear guarantee which could take weeks..very dissapointed bought a lot from here will never use them agaiin
Went in to order security cameras on Monday. We were told that the cameras should be in the next day but to wait for a text to confirm they had arrived. Tuesday came and went and we had no confirmation. Awoke Wednesday morning to find my garden had been burgled in the night. Phoned Toolstation to see if the cameras had arrived and they told me they had been in since 7am on Tuesday morning. The excuse for not informing me of the arrival was they forgot to text. Terrible service, would not recommend
Fantastic staff and service, nothing is ever too much trouble and always have items in stock
The staff at this branch are excellent - great service, keeps me going back.
