Excellent service. Baz organised replacement keys for my Cube Stereo. After dropping the bike off and the key codes being read, replacements were ordered and delivered within a week. I was really impressed with how quick they managed to get them. Thanks Baz!
Amazing array of emtb and ebikes here I have to say its got to be the UKs premier e bike shop. Not just for availability of stock to view but also the dedicated staff there to make sure your buying the right bike and getting the right aftercare too. The shops got hundreds of bikes to buy, loads of clothing, parts and accessories. Their workshop is second to none, lots of talented mechanics and the very best in tools. I know where I am going when I need to buy a new or ex demo emtb or ebike.
Fantastic service from the guys at Race Co, especially Baz. I ordered a Specialized Status with Race Co, Baz kept me updated through the whole process from ordering to taking delivery. Highly recommend these guys
I Like to give credit when it's well deserved! In Rich and his fantastic team it really is! This is a professional, well run, clean and tidy store this is how bikes shop should be run, People are always quick to criticize but slow to reward, A well deserved Turbo store. I would of only purchased my new Levo comp carbon from these guys. I gave Rich a call on thursday had a chat, we sorted out a deal with part exchanging my current bike! giving me a fair deal on my PX he then also told be he would give me a 500 watt battery included in the deal burgtec pedals and he would tubless the tyres! This is normal practice for these guys, I have been charged for tubeless convert with my previous sales! Also it will be ready for saturday, this was fantastic a cracking deal and a easy purchase, I had lost faith in Specialized from a previous sale on a 2018 levo that was fulity, rich turned me round and the Race co store as soon I stepped in I know I was in fantastic hands oh and I collected the bike a 05:30 the time they closed Rich was smiling and was happy to stay open while I collected my new bike, he showen me round there mind blowing store too!! Sunday i was ripping around on my new stead With the reassurance that if i did ever have a issue this guys will be there to sort it out. So If you're looking for a new bike of any type I cannot recommend this company enough they have sealed all future business from me that's for sure! thank you too the all the your team Rich fantastic chaps, keep up the mega work. 5 star's from me.
AMAZING all I can say I had my bike which was on its death bed and has been revived very thankful with labour only comming in at a FANTASTIC PRICE on a job that took weeks can't recommend this place enough!!
We've been crying out for a shop like this in B62/3 area. What a shop! Brought my Diverge in a panic after snapping a bolt on brake caliper that then got lodged in the frame. Guys could have easily charge me for a new fork. Seeing how panicked I was, they went to work on it straight away and somehow managed to get it out. I was so impressed with the service. Cheers guys.
Had to leave a review after dealing with them. They were great when I was buying my bike, however they were excellent with I had an issue with it. Had it about 3 weeks and noticed one of the front brake pistons was leaking oil. Took a look online, posted on an owners forum but couldn’t find it to be a common problem I could fix myself. Rang Race Co and without question or hesitation they offered to send me a new complete brake unit. Rich had even seen my forum post which just shows how diligent and tuned in they are. 24hrs after calling them I have my new brake delivered, fitted and working perfect. First class service
I bought my Levo carbon expert 2nd hand from RaceCo in December and the motor developed an issue after 150 miles. It had covered 1000 miles total. Took it today and they swapped the motor out for a brand new august 2021 model motor there and then whilst I waited all under warranty. 1.5 hours later I was driving home! Can’t ask for more. Absolutely superb customer service and can’t recommend them highly enough. This is how shops can and should be hence I need to publicly praise them for their efforts. I hope they prosper and so well. I’ll certainly be recommending them to everybody. They deserve all the success in the future
I rang Race Co on Friday about a used Ebike,, spoke to Paul, who was happy to spend time to look over the bike as we spoke, and answer my questions about the bike. I agreed to have the bike, and paid for it. The bike was despatched Monday, having been cleaned and checked over, and was with me 9am Tuesday morning! I assembled the bike and found a couple of minor issues, when I spoke to Paul, he talked me through the problems, which I was able to resolve, but he assured me that if there were any problems, they were happy to sort things out.......this is on a 4 year old ebike, used and not a £10k new bike! What can I say, amazing service, from start to finish. Considering I hadn't seen the bike in reality, I was slightly hesitant in buying it, but I have to say, I would happily deal with Race Co again, and can't recommend them highly enough. Thanks to all the team at Race Co......ride safe and best wishes for the future.
What an amazing company. I phoned them on Friday and described the problem I had with my Levo motor. Don’t worry I was told, bring it in on Monday and we’ll look after you. I asked if I needed to book it in or anything as I was coming from 2 hours away, to which I was told, no just pop in and all will be fine. I’m happy to report that it went exactly to plan, the phone diagnosis was accurate and two hours later I was on my home with a fully repaired bike under warranty even though it was purchased elsewhere. Top class service. I’ll certainly be buying my next bike from them.
