I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to the ambulance service team that assisted me on Sunday. Their professionalism, compassion, and dedication made a challenging situation much more bearable.nnJoanne and her 5 other colleagues who went above and beyond to ensure I felt cared for and safe throughout the experience. Their kindness and attention to detail were truly remarkable. It’s clear they are deeply committed to their roles and the well-being of those they serve.nnI am incredibly grateful for their support and cannot thank them enough for their outstanding service. Please convey my heartfelt thanks to the entire team, as they made a lasting positive impression on me.

Two guys and a young lady came out to my mum on Tuesday evening - we were out of their area but they were sent as all our local ambulances were busy. What a great team they were! They were so helpful, pleasant, friendly but also authoritative and made us feel totally at ease. They were absolutely brilliant - treated my mum with the utmost courtesy & respect even though she was away with the fairies! I didn’t get their names unfortunately but they were two guys and a lady who was a trainee and she had a lovely Irish accent ?Laura? Full credit to them all - mum is home now!

Had to have an ambulance called out to me today due to passing out on public transport. I was lucky enough to have Chloe and John attend to me, they were reassuring, non judgmental and just all round a fab pair, I couldn’t have asked for better company for my 2 hour wait to be admitted to A&E. I’m very grateful for all they done for me today, they’re an asset to WMAS

I'm so great full from the ambulance service from ashmore Lake way on there instant response.  The officers was absolutely fantastic and professional.  One of the officers Sarah went above and beyond to help me . I am so in your debt, steve

I would like to thank the crew who attended my wife in Wednesbury on Saturday 12th August and the efforts they made to get Palliative care to her . Unfortunately she passed away later in the day but they were a great help to me and my family .
