Had to have an ambulance called out to me today due to passing out on public transport. I was lucky enough to have Chloe and John attend to me, they were reassuring, non judgmental and just all round a fab pair, I couldn’t have asked for better company for my 2 hour wait to be admitted to A&E. I’m very grateful for all they done for me today, they’re an asset to WMAS

I would like to thank the crew who attended my wife in Wednesbury on Saturday 12th August and the efforts they made to get Palliative care to her . Unfortunately she passed away later in the day but they were a great help to me and my family .

Two guys and a young lady came out to my mum on Tuesday evening - we were out of their area but they were sent as all our local ambulances were busy. What a great team they were! They were so helpful, pleasant, friendly but also authoritative and made us feel totally at ease. They were absolutely brilliant - treated my mum with the utmost courtesy & respect even though she was away with the fairies! I didn’t get their names unfortunately but they were two guys and a lady who was a trainee and she had a lovely Irish accent ?Laura? Full credit to them all - mum is home now!

Had to have an ambulance out tonight 16/04/2020 and Brett and Michelle came to help me.nThey were brilliant. Not going into details, but they both reassured me I would be safe going to NX.nBrett even ended up going home a bit late because he was treating me.nWell Done to you both. You were both fantastic.nThank You x
