Many thanks to Pete and Cameron who came to my assistance at Frankley Southbound Services on Thursday evening, 15th August. They manage to do their job with such great cheerfulness; thank goodness we still have people like this - such a contrast to the idiot rioters! I have followed their instructions - thanks again.
I tried to book transport for a hospital appointment as I'm currently recovering from a stroke, and they said as I'm able to move with difficulty I might add I was told to take the bus or a taxi. Really professional and helpful...not!
Using techniques to hurt patients that they don’t like and giving attitudes is appalling!! Not all of them but there is 1 that does and it’s happened twice now!! She shouldn’t be working in this job if can’t be nice to your patients in your care!!
