went in for a look around with a friend who is a big Harley fan. staff were welcoming and friendly. absolutely stunning bikes on display and my friend was not left wanting
I visited HD for their end of month bike night. Great turn out, well organised. Lots of bikes and American cars on show. HD staff were great and helpful when looking around.

Been a customer of West Coast Harley-Davidson since their days up in North St Glasgow, when bought my first harley back in 2009. Love the new store as well as the staff old and new. Always made to feel so welcome when ever pay a visit
We rented two bikes Street Glide and Ultra Limited from West Coast Harley Davidson over the weekend and had an excellent experience. Eric was incredibly helpful from start to finish and went out of his way to make our trip work perfectly. He was super amenable on timings and allowed us to maximise our time riding. A really decent bloke. The bikes were also faultless and perfectly maintained. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Eric and the team here.
Never thought I'd buy a harley , appreciate the style but always liked sporty bikes , was bike shopping and wife said come on for a look , ended up buying a mint sportster and it's put a smile on my face , nice folk really friendly and not overly pressuring , I hate that when looking for a car or bike , but was pleasantly surprised here left to look around but never ignored.
We put a £500 deposit down on a bike. The deposit took it off market and allegedly off their website. we had some issues with the financing and came into put other measures in place to be told they have sold the bike to someone else on the managers authorisation. So they took a deposit from us £500, whilst they still had our deposit they sold the bike we wanted. Avoid this place at all costs. They are an absolute disgrace. In response to your response; When you take a deposit from someone for a bike, you aren’t allowed to sell it to someone else lol. Even though the finance girl told us she tried to phone to discuss, she never, nor did she leave a voicemail so I actually don’t think you bothered phoning. As for the other bike, my partner never actually got that one either because DESPITE your evidently undertrained sales person Ross telling us the issues with the log books for the bikes wouldn’t actually be an issue for your dealership they turned out to be an issue lol so my partner wasted time and money today having his two bikes transported to you to be told he wouldn’t be getting his new bike. And despite sitting in there for 5 hours, your manager never bothered once to come and speak to my partner. You’re all an absolute joke and I wouldn’t recommend you for a thing lol.
