Story

We are Honda's longest established Honda motorcycle franchise in Scotland. We always have an extensive range of good quality new and used bikes, Honda, Harley Davidson, Yamaha, Suzuki, Kawasaki and Ducati to name a few.
We also have a vast Parts, Accessories and Clothing departments which displays one of the largest crash helmet exhibits you will ever find under one roof. Clothing, helmets and accessories can all be added to the purchase of your new or used motorcycle and incorporated into the finance payments.
We can arrange many types of finance including PCP, 0% and competitive low rates are available on all new and used bikes.
Don't know what to purchase or you want to surprise someone? No problem you can purchase gift vouchers in any denomination, which can then be redeemed against any items including the purchase of a new or used motorcycle.

Have had two experiences with Victor Devine now and neither were great. My main reason for this review is poor sales tactics and service when attempting to buy a used bike from them. The bike was listed on the shop floor at a price and I agreed to pay that price. After giving my contact information and card details to take the deposit and informing the sales guy I’d pay the remaining balance later that day he called me back within 10 minutes advising the bike was an extra £400 and kept asking me to have a think about it. I’m shocked at the sales tactics and feel this is totally underhanded and dishonest. When I told him I don’t expect to pay more than advertised for something he “spoke to his manager” and proceeded to try tell me that “the ticket was for a different bike that was a year older and had higher mile etc so they would be losing money on it” and they could rake £100 off so only an extra £300 on the original agreed price but on principle I wasn’t budging. I told him to have a think about it and if he could do the agreed price then we’d have a deal. He didn’t come back to me after that and low and behold a few weeks later the bike was reduced on the website to match the price that was on the ticket on the salesroom. Sorry to say this but I felt he thought that it was acceptable to not hold up agreements and advertised pricing so I wouldn’t hold up any hope of any decent after sales service either.
Has to be said amazing friendly welcome as myself and my wife walked in the door greeted by Jim one of the sales executives he was extremely helpful even though I explained I was due to sit my DAS soon and that I’m not a tyre kicker He made us feel very welcome indeed I sat on a few bikes as well But I know I’ll go back to order the bike I’ve now clamped my eyes on The new Honda Hornet 500 If you’re looking to buy a new bike trade in or buy second hand I can highly recommend Victor Devines
I haven't been to this motorbike store since they were in Great Western Road, a long time ago! It is very clean with a large range of Honda and some other bikes. Service makes you feel wanted and want to go back. Staff are knowledgeable and not pushy. Parking is easy. I'll be back!
I purchased a new Crash Helmet from Louise today. I cannot express my praise adequately for Louise’s knowledge, customer service, and attention to detail. It was fantastic to find a true expert in their field. Louise made the whole process seamless from start to finish. I have already seen other items I’m interested in and will definitely be back. Well done Victor Devine - Louise is an outstanding ambassador for your business and I’m sure you realise you’re lucky to have her.

First time buying a bike from a dealer. Always bought privately previously, but have to say, it made buying a bike so much easier. Grahame was spot on, and there was no pressure to buy. Professional and helpful service. Bought a BMW G310GS in great condition and at a good price. Thanks
I recently bought a 9 year old Honda Goldwing sight unseen from a dealer down south with no service history. Clark at Victor Devine very kindly checked the VIN number to look up its history for me to allay any fears I may have had before it arrived. When the bike was delivered I decided to put it in for a service to give it a good going over and the service technician, Alan ,noted that it needed a couple of new tyre valves , brake adjustment and a set of fork seals. When the fork seals were being replaced he discovered a problem with one of the forks which required replacement. Luckily for me I was given an aftermarket warranty when I purchased the bike and Gordon the service manager promptly got in touch with the warranty company which resulted in the repair being very quickly approved and the work being carried out which I was obviously delighted with!! Thanks again to Gordon, Clark and Alan for all your help and I’ll be in again soon for my MOT !!!
Cracking range of new and really clean second-hand machines in stock. Staff 100% on the money too. So good, in fact, that I've just bought a blade. Can't fault this dealership.
Thank you guys for sorting me out with my new bike and riding kit. Grahame and Louise were absolutely brilliant with me. Theres a really good range of bikes and riding gear upstairs. Staff are amazing.
Bought 14 plate gsr750 may last year,never really used due to weather and shifts only done around 120 miles,intended to use more but problems started to mount.Replaced clutch and rear pads which were almost to metal,then bike developed a rattle while on sidestand and jumping in 5th gear.I then was told to take bike to North Harbour Motorcycles in Ayr as its the same company and also a lot nearer to me where its sat 18 weeks later with a bill of over £600 to date.They said rattle is oil pump related and gearbox issue can only be looked at in the winter.Total joke and totally clueless will never go near these cowboys again..Just had recent update and the gearbox problems are extensive which will result in bill being over £2400 bike is nowhere near fixed lying in 100 bits,now becoming farcical...Quick update folks..and guess what still not fixed yet..they've still got bike..
