On the 25th March 2017 Ducati Glasgow relocated from the infamous Great Western Road store and opened the doors to their new premises at Pit Lane, 6 Mossland Drive, Hillington Park, Glasgow, G52 4FA. With even more features and better facilities, this new showroom is state of the art and a perfect location for all motorcycle enthusiasts.

Exceptional Service and Speedy Delivery! I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Ducati Glasgow, particularly their sales manager Scott Smith. After an exhaustive search through Ducati shops in Paris and London for the elusive Strada Tour V4 helmet, I was overjoyed to finally find it in stock at Ducati Glasgow. Upon calling the shop, Scott promptly answered and went above and beyond to assist me. Not only did he locate the helmet I needed, but he also took my order over the phone and ensured its swift shipment to London. To my amazement, the helmet arrived at my doorstep in less than 24 hours, impeccably packed and in pristine condition. The efficiency and professionalism demonstrated by Scott and the Ducati Glasgow team are truly commendable. I am thoroughly impressed by their dedication to customer satisfaction and their ability to deliver such exceptional service. Terrible customer service from these cowboys so called Ducati dealers based in Glasgow. My oil sump on my Ducati street fighter was cracked and to replace it they quoted me £655.42 including vat out of which I paid them £417.92 and the rest £237.50 once the bike is done. My street fighter was collected on the 21st of June. Then I got a call from the dealer saying they can’t take the left exhaust off even though they’re the experts and they will have to strip the front and take the exhaust off which might take an hour or two extra at no point I was told there was an additional cost and I thought as I have already got an invoice to which I part paid they might be just telling me as a curtsy sake and then I got a call from them on the 23rd to say the bike was ready to collect and on the call I was told that I will have to pay £1460 whilst collecting the bike that includes additional 10 hours labour which was not mentioned to me Otherwise I would have made an informed choice and took my bike elsewhere as this was £1223 over the amount I was quoted. I have been calling Ducati daily to see what’s happening with my bill and every day I have been told there managers are on Holidays as clearly I feel like since they got my bike now they can just charge me whatever they want, it feels like an extortion specially when I have not authorised this. Spoke to Andrew today one of the managers who was rude and least interested in what I was requesting. Wish I knew how bad of a dealership they’re. I have been told by Andrew the manager that he is not willing to listen or help and if I need my bike back then I will have to pay them!
Very nice showroom. Everything is well spaced out. Nice wee cafe in there too. Plenty of variety in bikes, clothing, gear etc. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the stock but I guess that happens when you are commission based! Parts department are particularly helpful.

Unbelievable company to deal with. Simon on sales was amazing. I put a deposit down on a beautiful bike but unfortunately withdrew from the purchase due to personal reasons. I never even asked for my deposit back, he said he'd just refund me and did the same day. Not only that, Simon remained friendly and understood my situation. I will return and buy a bike later this year as explained to them. Anyone buying from here! You are in good hands.
Brilliant service at Ducati Glasgow.Pulled us out of a big hole on a Saturday evening at 4.45pm on a Public holiday weekend.One of the guys had a puncture and the technician fixed it for the standard fee and a packet of chocolate hobnobs.Other establishments were turning us away but not Ducati. 5 stars all the way.1300miles in 5 days on my 2013 1199 Panigale and didn't miss a beat.

Having previously received god awful service from Ducati Glasgow prior to the take over in 2021, I am delighted to say that the Manchester group have really turned things around. Stuart looked after me impeccably from start to finish and nothing was too much bother. Cheers Stuart!

I bought my Ducati from Ducati Glasgow, a once in a lifetime and life long dream for me, I had an annual service carried out in 2022 and they damaged the bike while it was in. Fast forward to its next annual service and they damage the bike again, they had sent me an HD video of the bike on their ramp with clearly no damage to the affected area and then deny damaging it and the MD said “it was clear there was stone chips on the sprocket when it arrived”, if anyone can please explain to me how you get “stone chips” on a machined rear sprocket I’d love to know ? There are no stone chips anywhere else on the bike or surrounding areas and also they going against their own high quality video evidence clearly showing it unmarked calling it “‘pixelated” Good people on the front desk in Glasgow and this is not directed at them but someone has dropped the ball here big time and they have managed to damage my pride and joy two years running. I was dismissed very quickly by the MD who couldn’t care less about customer care as he said the damage was already on my bike when the video they have sent me perfectly contradicts his comment about “already damaged” and “stone chips” I was obviously never expecting this scenario especially two years in an row and realise that accidents can happen as they had the bike for 15 days but this poor reaction and response is shocking from a company representing a top brand. Not only did I buy this bike off them this was somewhere that I got all my tyres supplied and fitted, annual services and other work, I will never be back and wouldn’t recommend this Ducati group for anything. Ducati UK, this is how badly we are being treated for spending our hard earned money at your dealerships.
