Mr Aggarwal must be the most polite & professional dentist I’ve ever had. Just had fillings & extraction, made to feel at ease from walking in the door, all staff are very polite. Best dental practice I’ve had.
This is one great Dental practice the dentist that see's me is a brilliant chap and very polite also the dental receptionist's are tops aswell and very polite!!! I'll give the whole practice 10 out of 10
Had a check up and a filling done by Jasmine, it's was straightforward. Excellent job done
Very rude receptionist tried to explain my predicament and was told not her problem. I have a phobia of dentist since the former owner of this business Mr Gilbert pulled two wisdom teeth without anesthetic. This caused my phobia of dentist and to be told in a sacarstic aggressive manor that it’s not her problem I found quite unprofessional. A letter will be written to the ombudsman and local mp about this. I appreciate because of covid there is a delay in things but the world has been getting on with things for nearly two years. To be working for minimum wage and on universal credit to be told I would have to go private when I can’t afford that. No mention of trying 111 for emergency dentists just very rude unprofessional aggressive receptionist. Hence this review.
Put off going for years because of the previous dentist at the practice, i broke my tooth so had no choice, the receptionist was lovely and put me at ease, the dentist himself was brilliant, even though he had difficulty getting the tooth out, there was no pain what so ever, I'll be visiting a bit more regularly now the fear of the dentist no longer worries me
The staff were lovely and the dentist himself put me at ease. First time in years I have required a filling and I can honestly say, despite needing a injection to numb, i never felt a thing. The horror of my childhood dentist has definitely been laid to rest. I will never fear the dentist again.
Had a couple of bad experiences at other dentists so I'm put off when it comes to needing any work done, at this dentist I had everything explain to me that was going to happen which made me feel at ease, the work was done very professionally. I would definitely recommend this dentist to everyone.
Best dental practice I've ever had & I've had a few! I'm not a fan of dentists was always scarred but much more settled now with them. Excellent service. I would definitely recommend them & often do.
Had constant poor treatment in past years, phobia against dentist since childhood and now I have found the perfect dentist, absolutely brilliant and now the whole family will shift over, had upper rear large tooth extraction no pain at all and what a relief - best ever.
Amazing dentist had fillings clean and polished and wisdom tooth out no pain at all would highly recommend
