We booked a taxi at 11pm this evening for a 5 minute journey. When getting in the car there was £13.50 on the meter. There was no fee arranged. The driver went on the longest route and stated the charge as £13.50. The hackney rules state there should be no fee showing on the meter when you get in the car. This was much more than I expected to pay but was told that after 11pm the prices rise. Felt ripped off by this company yet again
Cab booked days in advance. He Couldn’t find us and when we called him, just 2 minutes after the pick up time and with someone standing at the end of the drive, he told us he was already on another job. Left us abandoned on New Years Eve. Such incredibly bad service.
We booked a taxi for 6:45 and it was 20 mins late! There was no message or call to let us know they was running behind, we was stuck out in the rain waiting for 20mins. Poor service!

Why would you take a booking, and then still be late without letting me know, and I have to ring you to find out that you are running late? What's the point? Can't wait for Uber to appear in Winchester finally as you should be rightfully out of business long time ago, or be forced to change your ways by having competition and actually having to start treating customers like people.
Virtual monopoly in Winchester and care little for customers. Consistently late, fail to find house and don’t tell you they’ve arrived on site, wait 2 mins then leave. V poor.
Terrible asked for a 7 seater and a 5 seater turns up and when I told the driver we had asked for a 7 seater he called the dispatcher who clearly lied and said he has a call recording and I never asked for a 7 seater
Booked a taxi to arrive at 11:45pm. Despite 8 phone calls and a wait of 50 minutes they didn't show up. Dreadful company. Would not recommend to anyone. Totally unreliable.Service: Limousines
In April I booked a wedding Mercedes for my wedding on July 9th. I received a confirmation and called the day before to confirm. I was assured that a Wedding Mercedes would pick us up. On the morning of our wedding, ten minutes late, a white VAN arrived with “Taxi” and Union Jack Flags all over the seats. We spoke to the driver who was not at all sympathetic and advised us to call dispatch. Dispatch apologized as the driver smirked listening to the conversation. I contacted Valerie who’s job it is to take care of this. She too apologized and said “the dispatcher went on a bathroom break and put the calls on automatic “. We did not “call” for a cab. We booked, in APRIL, a Wedding car. What a lame excuse and a disgrace that there was no offer to right their error. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!! Reputable companies would offer something to right the wrong; a free cab ride, a dinner voucher. This was our wedding! Let me be clear. I’m not looking for something, but I’m stunned there has been no offer, just excuses. I would do no stars if I could.
