We booked this, our first visit, last minute with John and Karen for two pitches as our friends had just bought their first caravan and wanted to try it out. Luckily they were able to accommodate us - the site is only 20 minutes from home so was ideal for the purpose of our trip. On arrival John greeted us and helped pitch our friend's caravan as they don't have a motor mover. First impressions of the site were that it is clearly well looked after and beautifully tidy - the toilet and shower facilities backed up this first impression. The site is nestled in a beautiful location with easy access to all of North Wales, the A55 being only 10 minutes away. Historic and beautiful Conwy is only a short drive or £12 taxi away and there is a bus stop near the end of the drive. Even though Wern Farm is only on our doorstep we will definitely be back as it is rare to find such a well kept privately owned site. Well done John and Karen.

We have just returned home from spending 9 nights at Wern Farm. Wow!! the new toilets and showers are fantastic. A real credit to John and Karen. The work they have done during the winter months is brilliant. Not just the toilet/showers, but also the new grey water and chemical disposal points etc. We were both surprised when we first saw the improvements and look forward to our next visit the week after Easter. Well done John and Karen.

Beautiful, well maintained, peaceful site. You obviously will hear the sheep early in the morning as it is a farm, but that's all part of the experience! New, clean shower block. WiFi available for £2 a day for two devices. Close to Conway Castle. John and Karen and Archie the dog, will give you a warm welcome. We will definitely be staying again 😊

Excellent Caravan park with very good shower/toilet block . Run by very pleasant couple . Hard standing for each caravan . Also two holiday cottages for rental . Peaceful with lovely views of Conwy valley .

We have just returned from a 12 night stay at Wern Farm. It has been a few years since we stayed here and did wonder what the new owners would be like. Our worries were soon squashed when we arrived to discover they don't accept card payments, we panicked and John (the new owner) was not at all concerned. He said there was no panic at all which completely set us at ease. He allowed us to put up windbreaks so that we could contain our two dogs. The new owners have done a lot to improve the site and it is still a work in progress. The pitches are very spacious and the site is immaculately maintained. Although the shower block is old, the showers were piping hot and spotlessly clean. I understand the shower block is next on the agenda to be updated. The owners request you do your bit for the environment by recycling and adequate bins for this small request are available. From a dog owners point of view, a small area on the site where you could safely take the dogs for a run would be brilliant and I feel this is something that will be taken into consideration by the new owners. All in all the site is fabulous and well worth a visit. I wish John and Karen the very best in their new adventure and I know we will return in the near future. Many thanks to you both, you are making Wern Farm a delightful place to stay.
