Going to revisit this review: Since the visit in my previous review, I have to acknowledge that I probably got them on a bad day. Service is good, fillings are great. Certainly better quality and value than any Gregg's, if not the same wide selection. Normally love Wenzel's and never had reason to complain, but the lady in the store this morning (Maria) is doing the store a massive dis-service. She only spoke to tell me the price, no acknowledgement, no pleases or thank-you. Next to me was a really nice old boy, who was being really polite and chirpy, and she did the same with him. She also got his order wrong (asked for 3 currant buns with butter and a coffee, she didn't butter the buns). It can't be a very stressful place to work - especially at 8:30am, so I don't understand why she couldn't acknowledge the customers attempts to interact. Will think twice before returning.

Wrong order asked black coffee got white .. bacon roll unable to eat .. so much red sauce. . Ring so unhelpful.. so rang head office .. got told you check your order before you leave shop . . .. lost me as a custmor.

Love Wenzels bread and made up baguettes. Best in the area. Watford, Bushey and Radlett.

My heart soared when Wenzel's opened in my manor! Soft glumphy bacon bloomers! NOM! Gingerbread men for MeJulie.. I LOVE this place! #FatBloke oh.. and the 'Wake me up before you gog-go' line in graphics above every Wenzel's coffee machine.. the line was WRITTEN by George Micheal, less than a mile from the shop!
