I have been using here to eat and get take away for a while and the food is very good. However tonight was a disaster. I had guests arriving at 8 so ordered at 7.15. In good time. By 9 the food had not arrived and the number was constantly engaged. No call back or anything. In then end we had to order somewhere else. The guy turned up just after 9, no apology or anything. I sent him away. Hated doing it but there are several establishments in the area to chose from and they also taste good. Customer service has to be good.

Excellent value for money. Their credit card wasn't working so if was a tad inconvenient. Luckily it was not too far away from an ATM. The family platter was enough for the 4 if us (2 adults and 2 children, aged 9 and 12). Very generous portions of hummus and a Turkish yogurt dish were offered as part of the platter along with done excellent flat breads and pita bread. Will definitely visit again.

Detoured on my way out of London only to find they charge £8.50 for doner meat and chips, that is a ridiculous price, couldn't tell you what it taste like because I'm never going to part with £8.50 for doner meat and chips!! Avoid unless you've got more money than sense!!

Friendly staff and great grub for very reasonable prices. Get takeaway from here at least a couple of times a month. Highly recommended for quality Turkish food.
