This branch has gone downhill fast. I ordered nearly 2 hours ago and I am still waiting for this pizza.....very disappointed. It has been shown out for delivery on the app for the last 60 minutes. I shall never be using this branch again.

Awful service. Twice in a row there's been a wrong order, late and cold. literally delivered us the wrong order twice in a row. Refund was issued but not after a fight. Really resent the service.

Horrible food, poor management.Waited 1 hour 20 minutes for two Pizza's and after the 5th call th guy lied about his name and that the Pizza's already have been delivered. The driver called us 5 min later amd asked us about our address? Serious? Worst expirience ever. There is a Pizza Chalet in Harrow.. thousand times better Pizza for 60% less of their price and it takes 15 min!!!

Delivery average, food poor, bearly warm and got order wrong then blamed customer!!!! Won't be using them again
