I needed to get my daughter in to the doctors for a skin flare up, i chose to use the e consult on the website. Absolutely fantastic, sent photos across and it told me the practice would be in touch by 6pm the next day. True to word they contacted me the next day just after 9am, and sent me a link to book an appointment. Got my daughter in for the next day and all sorted. Simon was fantastic. For all the stick gp surgeries are getting at the moment i expected to have a lot more hastle than the process i went through. Brilliant. Thank you.
Do not come here go to a and e!!! Had very high blood pressure and was promised call back by triage. They never bothered. Uncaring. Do not clap. These are negligent. Should.be on channel 4 dispatches programme for being so negligent. Felt racially discriminated too
I did not like the online consultation system. I need an emergency appointment for my daughter and the employee is telling me to go and do a consultation through the official website and I will be contacted within a few days?? My daughter is sick and needs a doctor today, not in a few days. I hope to find another medical practice
The new e consult system is excellent. I simply filled in the online consultation form which was then responded to within a few hours and I was sent an appointment for in a few days time which is great as was non urgent. I saw one of the advanced nurse practitioners who was very kind and helpful with my referral. I didn’t wait long to be seen which has been a big problem for me before. My appointment lasted 15-20 minutes. I am very impressed with the new system and hope it stays in place.
