First class hospitality, friendly helpful staff, dogs allowed in the bar to share your experience. The food is outstanding you really have to call in and give it a try. Sounds like a return is needed for the Sunday Dinners. I can imagine this place will be heaving during summer as well, fantastic local ales on draught as well.

Great location in the centre of Howden., which is really handynThere is a large car park. which isn't advertised well.nThe young lady that booked us in was really friendly.. She was still there later in the evening, serving drinks!nRoom 11 was a reasonable size with an ensuit bathroom with a shower.nThe room is very dated, with woodchip wallpaper everywhere! However, it was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was very quiet, being on the 2nd floor, as I think all rooms are.nThe price included breakfast, which we ordered the night before... remember to tell them if you want anything other than a fried egg!nThe rooms are accessed via a steep staircase, and we found this fine.nIf you are riding the TPT, they have secure bicycle storagenWe will stay again.
