Really nice staff know all they  have to

Gave me a short box of tablets and when going back in to tell them, they denied it, saying they couldn't have made that mistake. Virtually accused me of removing them. I have since found 3 other people that it's happened to!!!  
They were always short of stock and I always had to make another trip to pick up the shortfall of my subscription!!
I must say though, the counter staff are lovely to deal with and very polite. The problem I had, was with one of the managers. He was pig headed and never wrong (or wouldn't admit to it)
