This pharmacy is really unprofessional I ordered medication on Monday and it took them 3 days to realise they hadn’t send the request to my GP and only realised until I came in expecting my medication. They refuse to pickup the phones it’s a shame because one of the workers there has been really nice and helpful in the past but there’s just been too many mistakes for me to look past now. Will definitely be applying to another pharmacy

Had an awful experience today at this pharmacy, very disappointed with the service I left my mums prescription in December and didn’t receive it 3 weeks later that’s after I contacted them to follow up. Was told they are having issues as someone had left in November. That’s a YOU problem not a ME problem. The correct procedure is to contact the customer and make them aware it’s ready for collection I’m not interested in knowing who has left. Needs addressing unprofessional Asian female middle aged very rude needs customer service skills I don’t need an explanation or an excuses I need an apology. clearly isn’t aware of how to deal with customers.

You can never get through on the phone. The GPs upstairs is the same, both never answer the phones so you don't know if your repeat prescription is ready or has come down from the GPs even. PLEASE ANSWER YOUR PHONES.

Useless staff, take like 10 minutes to come to the front dest to acknowledge that you are stood there. Have no urgency whatsoever in dealing with customers. Took 20minutes to collect a prescription

I'm having the same problem with them not answering the phone I've been waiting for my medication for 3 days ring ring ring that's I get I'm not happy I've been with this chemist from day one it needs to improve.

This Pharmacy never answer their phone, I went to Pharmacy to ask why they don’t answer the phone the young lady said they are too busy and short of staff, some times they disconnect the phone line. I will be going to a different pharmacy from now on.

They swift off the phone when you call the pharmacy.

Rubish service nobody ever answers the phone also i was told my precipitation would be delivered and it never was I would class that as medical negligence

Unless months behind with medications and feed and so disrespectful when you ring up

There is really no point in them having a phone at this stage, they don't care to answer it ever regardless of how urgent your concern may be!
