Absolutely fabulous bunch of staff at boots pharmacy rochdale branch I'd been searching for my son's important medication and the lovely staff here ordered it in for me. There was a mix up with our old pharmacy and boots rectified a mistake, ordered my son's medication and had it in their store within 24 hours. They really went above and beyond for me and my poorly son....saving us a trip to a&e which I'm utterly grateful for. Rimsha in particular was just so friendly and helpful, at such a stressful time it was really appreciated . All the team are lovely they all searched everywhere for stock of his medication shown genuine concern and were just suberb .

Really rude service. It’s like staff have taken a vow of silence. I went to self check out and needed razor blades authorising so member of staff swiped her card to let it go through. I said thank you to her but no acknowledgment from staff member whatsoever. When I was walking out of exit she was just stood there with a face like she had just drank a glass of neat lemon juice. - no thanks for shopping or goodbye. In this day and age when it is a lot cheaper and easier to shop online you would think physical stores would up their service and make customers feel welcome.   I had to ask myself what the point was of coming into town and paying for parking which made trip more expensive than shopping online. Will not be coming back to this branch of Boots again. I do hope the leadership team read this and address this with their staff and give them some training of how to interact with customers

Took me 15 mins to find a body scrub as there all over the place self checkout lady totally ignored me when asked for help as the tills were having a mind of there own to top it off paper bag ripped on the way with 4 items weighing less then 2kg. Needless to say im never going back there again superdrug or amazon all the way

Worst pharmacy ever better off to go to lloyds pharmacy next to Healey. Pharmacist is so helpful plus the have no issues with medicines supply.

Visited for No. 7 lipstick replacement. Colour has been discontinued but staff member helped me find one closest to the colour of my old one. She was really friendly and helpful.

After a trip to A & E on Friday morning the doctor recommended a wrist brace thank goodness for Boots store they had one in so I'm hoping it will be a great help

Much smaller than the old boots we had in the exchange but still have a huge range of products. Store is clean and inviting. The many times I have visited it has not been overcrowded and easy to show in. Staff are generally knowledgeable in what they say. Did have one poor experience where they struggled to find a click and  collect order. This was resolved eventually.
