Went with a 1 off script 2 weeks ago, all OK no problem. Then today had to phone my drs to see why my medication hadn't been delivered I has gone to your new pharmacy 4 Court ,Witch they nominated themselves I have had no meds for 3 days ,life dependant they They were not att all bothered they just want more business, the pharmacist said they had to access my records wich have found out from my own cohens chemist they are very rude and ignorant will never sep foot in there again
Pharmacy is open till late, staff are very knowledgeable and helpful however disappointed in the overall running of the pharmacy. It's not all about making profit and the little things are letting them down. Need to take example from companies such as Lloyds Pharmacy/Boots. Manager/Superintendant Pharmacist need to solve certain negative points which are letting the pharmacy down. 1. Very unprofessional staff- laughing and chatting loudly in the dispensary which can be heard on the shopfloor. Staff do not wear smart clothes. Gentleman serving customers wearing a baseball cap and sports jacket. Lady chewing gum and constantly clicking pen at the till. 2. Dirty, untidy shopfloor and dirty windows- Dusty shelves with items needing restocking. Rubbish and dirty floor. They don't pride themselves in having a clean and tidy pharmacy. 3. Don't pick up the phone and when questioned was told they are too busy. 4. Male pharmacist is a little rude, refused to serve as he said he was on his lunch whilst sitting in the dispensary. 5. Dispensary- Medication packs on the shelves need straightening looks a little messy.
Went doctors and a&e they didnt know what was wrong. Went in 4court and was given great advice by the manager. Well reassured. Who needs a doctor? Also its open on Sundays too.
Very helpful staff - very understanding and accommodating. I was dealing with them in a professional role and they bent over backwards to help me out. Thank you
Must be the worst pharmacy in the town. Filthy place, and must never be cleaned. If you have more than one item on your prescription, it'll most likey be wrong. I have lost count of the amount of times i have had to go back for the full prescription. They close whenever they feel like. So dont follow the times on Google. They told me they close anytime between 10.30pm and 11pm...not great if you have an emergency prescription. The gentleman pharmacist is rude...if he can be bothered to look away from his phone. I only go here as they open late. Otherwise i wouldnt step foot in the place. It needs new staff and a cleaner. Apart from one gentleman who does evenings with a baseball cap. Hes helpful and very nice.

I love this place. Well stocked, friendly knowledgeable staff. It has the most interesting clientele of any pharmacy I have ever used.
This place is great and the staff go above and beyond for their customers, They are all so friendly, respectful & quick and efficient in serving you. I very much recommend this pharmacy to everyone needing either prescriptions and/or essentials
Answer the phone!! Never really had any problem until lately. I’ve been ringing for 3 days now to try and get a prescription delivered. So annoying, they never answer.
Brilliant pharmacy they go above and beyond for their customers even in pandemic when most were too scared to go out ect the staff where there each and everyday without fail and sign posted you to the correct places for treatment
