Useless, appointed booked after receiving travel advice from GP, all research completed prior the appointment. Sat in room with nurse who told us what we already knew, booked course for upcoming travel, phone call on the day saying out of stock sorry, paid £25 fee for something we did not need and did not ask for, no time to source alternative- very poor. Will never use again or recommend to anyone. Poor

I attended the Well Travelled Clinic with my 2 year old son in April for an appointment they told me I’d need to book when I visited in late 2023. I completed the form, and was called in by the nurse.  When I got into the room, the nurse told me that my son couldn’t be vaccinated because there were no other staff in - she said I should’ve been called the day prior and told this in advance but they’d overlooked my son when going through the appointments.  She then said she’d give me advice - the advice was that no vaccines were required. I was then charged £25. At no point was I told that the advice was going to be chargeable until after it was given.  I had travelled 16 miles with my son on public transport just for the appointment, to be told he couldn’t be vaccinated due to no staff being in. If I’d known this I would’ve cancelled the appointment.  This is clearly a scam that Well Travelled Clincs run - the failure to call me to tell me my son couldn’t be vaccinated is purposeful so that I then have to turn up and have a website which is available free of charge on the internet read out to me to then be charged £25. They have since ignored my complaint.

Have Gone to This clinic for vaccination and advices.service was kind , amazing and professional.Nurse who attended is very kind and professional.

Have used over the years and overall provide a good service however of late the phone is never answered and no reply to an appointment request i submitted occurred. I am currently waiting on one now that was submitted days ago. Please improve your communication its bizarre a private company make it so difficult to take my business.

Their systems and phone lines have been down so if you can't get through, email them. Once I did this they were in touch really quickly and their support was excellent.

I visited the clinic earlier this week to have follow-up vaccinations after a dog bite in Sri Lanka. Staff were very helpful, friendly and provided excellent service. Public Health England also sent vaccines promptly to my GP's surgery.  Excellent service from all, thank you!

staff is friendly, but I'm quite unsure of their experience and if they're really good as doctors good thing is they do their job when they have a case that's considered as an emergency, but if you're in a hurry don't rely on them

Terrible experience! The reception lady is so rude, I was asking the question, she lose her patient! She need do some training, be professional!

Great service provided and the staff are very helpful.
