Can't complain. The waiting times are very very long but they always are at walk in centres. When I went in with a kidney infection last year I was seen at triage almost straight away. They don't mess about and provide a great service - very thankful to the NHS for providing this place!

Amazing service. Polite reception staff smiley and attentive. The nurse was had the best bedside manner I have ever experienced. She really put me at ease about my condition and gave me really helpful advice. Thank you for you help

My husband fell ill when we were visiting Liverpool, so had to visit on a Sunday morning. The receptionist polite,friendly & helpful. The nurse Julie very thorough put my husband at ease with her lovely manner & sorted him out in no time. In & out in 20 mins Absolutely first class service. Thank you so much

Useless. My partner went in because he was in agony with a throat infection. After having glandular fever in the past, he was concerned that it might have come back. The nurse was rude and just sent him away without even offering amy advice. Would not recommend

I think this walk in centre is absolutely brilliant! The staff were extremely friendly, I was in an awful lot of pain and they managed to diagnose me in less than half an hour - even when my GP did not. Absolutely incredible staff and I cannot thank them enough for relieveing my pain.

The receptionist was brilliant, very cheerful and helpful. Got sent away by the nurse as no chest infection despite having a bad cough and asthma. Next day down the doctors and antibiotics and steroids. Personally think this cud have been prevented and wouldn’t have lost 3 days off work

Rude staff never again my life would  recommend this place
