As with other peoples posts absolutely shocking service, signs saying don't abuse the staff, but what about abuse of customers leaving them standing in queues for hours on end. Last week waited 2 hours only to be told we have not got any pills left even though my prescription had been with them for 8 working days so they should have been ready. Went today only 5 people in there and two had been waiting an hour with around 6 staff milling around at the back, got my bag which was ready for a change, had my name on the outside but inside was someone elses medication, so now got to go back to that hell hole again, shocking and disgraceful treatment of people should be shut down. Will be changing from here on in.
Absolutely shocking service, spent a total of three hours over three consecutive days, chasing prescriptions, along with a large queue of extremely fed up people in similar predicaments. Unsafe practice leaving patients without medications for days and promising to have petscription ready the next day only to be told still not ready again and again. Huge boxes of delivered meds left on floor around the pharmacy not stored away. Awful service. Wish I could leave no stars

It used to be good but the past 6 months nothing is ever right can’t phone they hang up on you or don’t answer been with them sins the beginning and now I am changing my pharmacy never known it to be so slow 30 minutes to wait if 3 people are in front on you a lady next to me was waiting 2 hours no were els in town has this problem I am done
Always chasing prescription, month on month.nAlways hanging up phone that’s if you get through.nI do not know how they are running I cannot be the only one to complain, it is a shambles, when we have people out there that want to work and caring and customer focused, because this lot are not.
