Excellent service. The lady pharmacist was really professional and caring. Would definitely recommend this pharmacy.

What is the point of advising to call up before picking up a prescription if you won't answer the phone? You no longer send out a text to say prescription there.I get that you are short staffed but I either go to collect and am advised 45 min wait or you haven't got the medication. It's becoming a bit of a problem that needs to be looked at. Your staff are lovely but they need some help with this.

Never had a problem with this chemist until new staff arrived. So went to the chemist to ask for co-codamol. After answering several questions i was madw to feel like a addict because they asked if i used them before , i said yes previouse week. So the lady went to see the chemist , in the meantime the libe was getting bigger, so the lady comes back saying the chemist said i cant have them because iv used them before . Embarrassing me in front of everyone , there over the counter very mild painkillers with paracetamol. WILL NOT SHOW MY FACE OR SHOP IN HERE AGAIN.

Opening times aren't accurate. Visited three times within these times and closed every time. Closed for lunch on monday, closed at 4pm another day, closed on Saturday. Sign up saying there was a lack of pharmacist and there were reduced hours for the week only but still ongoing the next week when I returned. Tried to get some details from tesco customer service/duty manager who were absolutely lovely but still no further forward to get my really quite important blood thinners. Wouldn't recommend for those with important prescriptions.

Have been for 2 different prescriptions in 3 weeks each time the pharmacy was closed due to lack of staff. These are medications I needed quickly and couldn't get. This is shocking. Something needs sorting safe to say I will be changing to another pharmacy

Short-staffed. Messed up my medications and it took nearly two weeks to sort out. Not helped by having to use locum pharmacists continuously and some of the staff being incompetent.

No point sending a prescription over electronically, you still gave to wait for if to be filled...... if the pharmacist is in, if not you have to call back

I absolutely do not recommend it.  01/29/2021 at 10:20 am.  My GP gave me a tramadol for very painful bleeding and told me to take it if necessary and to take cocodamol INSTEAD of me not having to be on strong drugs.  I told this to the man selling and got a reply that he will not sell me cocodamol because I am supposed to take tramal.  I tried to explain to him that I should only take it if it is NECESSARY and save myself with cocodamol which is much weaker.  The man completely did not listen to me, he ignored what I was saying and told me to take strong opioids because he understood that my gp told me to take tramal every month and if he wanted I could buy paracetamol which is a patch for a broken leg.  My English is enough good that I am sure that I said exactly what I wanted and explained the situations exactly.  Completely disrespectful, completely lacking empathy and encouraging to become addicted to opioids like tramadol.  SHAME!

They publish a telephone number on all the medicines they dispense. But it doesn't work, and after complaining a month ago - it still doesn't work. What an couldn't care less organisation ! Frail elderly people who need their medicine, but can't ring for help. NOT GOOD ENOUGH

Waited far to long only to be missing part of my prescription
